Our 48-Hour Assurance If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the custom measurements of your garment, please contact us at annette.atelier.northamerica@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
The Resolution Process:

Direct Review: Please provide high-resolution photos of the area of concern. Our Vancouver design team will personally review the details within one business day.

Complimentary Remake: If a craftsmanship error is verified, we will prioritize a complete remake of your garment. We will hand-stitch a replacement and ship it to you with expedited delivery at no additional cost.

Hassle-Free Return: In the rare event of a remake, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the original piece to us so our team can inspect it for quality control.

Full Refund: If we cannot meet your expectations through a replacement, a full refund to your original payment method will be issued immediately upon our review.
